Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together. * Manages and supervises the Production Concept org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs * Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Concept * Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility * Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility * Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Concept * Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth ## Qualifications * Level of Education : Engineer Or master’s degree. * Branch Of Study : Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent * Experience : At least 6 years’ experience in Production within the automotive industry, in a leadership position, * Language : French and English are mandatory * Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork * Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improveme
