experience as a Machine Operator, specifically in CNC/HMC environments, Proficiency in VMC programming and editing CNC programs, Hands-on expertise in operating HMC machines with knowledge of multi-axis machining, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), Familiarity with cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters, Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets efficiently
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software is an added advantage, Certification in CNC programming or machining is preferred, Experience in manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, or heavy engineering is a plus

Operate and monitor HMC machines to perform machining operations such as drilling

and process sheets accurately

Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers
Troubleshoot machine issues
and take corrective actions to minimize downtime
Ensure adherence to production schedules and maintain high efficiency in operations
Maintain proper documentation of production data

Follow safety standards
