What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience working with healthcare professionals, customer-focus and track record of building clinician relationships, Comfort with face-to-face and digital engagement methods, Basic skills in territory planning, using data and tracking performance, Full working proficiency in Mandarin, conversational English, Local travel across Taiwan will be required

Nice to Have

Experience working in a teaching hospital or with specialist hospital departments, Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, clinical pathways or treatment guidelines, Ability to interpret scientific literature and translate findings for clinical audiences, Proven success in growing accounts and managing multi-stakeholder relationships, Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales reporting tools, communication and collaboration skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
