What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record, Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience, Work 6 days a week, 40 hours, Must show up in proper attire. U-Haul provided shirts, pants- black or brown in color, shoes- black or brown in color, High School Diploma or equivalent, Organization skills, Willingness to learn, Self-starter, Attention to detail, Punctual, Good communication skills, Willingness to take on multiple tasks
What You'll Do.
Understand and explain towing packages
Recommend and install tow packages
Keep hitch bay area clean
Order hitches and wiring
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer the phone professionally
Assist customers and coworkers
Participate in U-Haul education
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Help at the counter or on the lot assisting customers and coworkers when needed
Communication Scope
Good communication skills; Answer the phone using the storage value phrase, in a timely and professional manner
