**Location:** 25 Jefferson St, Stamford, Connecticut 06902 United States of America Do you enjoy working with your hands? Are you interested in learning valuable technical skills? U-Haul is seeking a hard-working, knowledgeable person for the position of Hitch Service Technician. Hitch Service Technicians work in U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots to provide outstanding service to customers using their advanced technical expertise. Our motto is '**Hire Fast, Pay Fast**.' You can start today and get paid today! Schedule _**two**_ hands-on working interviews and get paid for each. We also offer a **$100 hiring bonus**! In addition, we offer a **$300 cash bonus** , paid upon completion of U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through our 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores. **Part-Time Hitch Mechanic** Flexible schedule Primarily needed during the week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Availability for 1–2 Sundays per month preferred Pay range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications **Requirements:** -Prior hitch installation, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred -Basic wiring and electrical knowledge is a plus -Ability to work independently and maintain quality and safety standards -Reliable attendance and transportation **Please Note:** A hitch mechanic would be expected to develop customer service skills.
