What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology. 3 months or more of Immunohistochemistry experience, high volume laboratory environment experience, and histology experience. Familiarity with routine histology procedures and equipment, comfortability embedding specimens, ability to accurately read labels and documents, and ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
Nice to Have
Histology and/or ASCP certifications. 1 year or more of Immunohistochemistry experience, high volume laboratory environment experience, and histology experience.
