Histocompatability and Flow Cytometry experience
What You'll Do.
testing in the following areas: HLA typing by SSOP molecular methodologies
HLA antibody screening and analysis via Luminex technologies
Flow Cytometric cross matching and post- transplant immune monitoring
Leukemia and Lymphoma immunophenotyping
TB testing via Quantiferon Gold assay
Other testing includes urine and serum protein electrophoresis and immunofixation
Elisa testing for heparin induced thrombocytopenia
