Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Active BSIS Guard Card, Valid driver's license with clean driving record, observation skills and attention to detail, Effective verbal and written communication abilities, Basic computer skills for report writing and communications, Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform security duties in various weather conditions, Reliable attendance and punctuality, Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, Physical capability to respond to security situations, Professional demeanor and appearance, Maintains vigilant awareness of surroundings, Demonstrates good judgment in security situations, Follows security protocols consistently, Remains calm and composed during incidents, Projects confidence and authority appropriate to the role, Communicates clearly and professionally, Maintains appropriate demeanor in all interactions, Represents the security function positively, Safety-focused with situational awareness, Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, Demonstrates reliability and accountability, Maintains confidentiality regarding security matters
Nice to Have
Previous security experience, Military, law enforcement, or public safety background, Experience in customer service or public-facing roles, Understanding of basic security principles and practices, CPR and First Aid certification
