Must Have

3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency, track record of sourcing passive candidates, ability to write outreach that gets replies, organized to the point that nothing falls through the cracks, honest about candidate quality

What You'll Do.

Source passive candidates

Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn

Run first-round screens (phone or video) using NORY's structured interview rubric

Track recruiting metrics weekly

Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain a 'warm bench' of candidates for future openings
