What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8-11 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management, Release Engineering, or SAP Technical Operations, Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, ITSM, Focused Build, Monitoring), Experience supporting complex SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, integrations, middleware), Strong understanding of End-to-end SDLC and ALM methodologies, Strong understanding of SAP transport management and release workflows, Strong understanding of Change and release governance in regulated environments, Familiarity with audit, compliance, and segregation-of-duties requirements as they relate to ALM tools, Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within ALM platforms, Ability to coordinate across development, basis, change, and security teams, Detail-oriented with a focus on traceability, control, and platform stability, Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager certification, ITIL Foundation Certification, Experience supporting healthcare, financial services, or other regulated enterprises, Exposure to BTP-based integrations or hybrid SAP landscapes
What You'll Do.
and support of Application Lifecycle Management platforms
and operational monitoring activities across SAP and integrated enterprise systems
Supporting end-to-end lifecycle execution by enabling compliant release workflows
and operational visibility
Aligning with Evernorth change
and supporting ALM platforms
Enabling and supporting ALM capabilities including Project and release management
Transport and deployment coordination
Test management and validation tracking
Integration and system monitoring
Supporting platform transitions and enhancements
Coordinating application transports across Development
and Production environments
Ensuring release and deployment activities follow defined workflows
and segregation-of-duties requirements
and defect fixes by enabling traceability across build
Aligning ALM execution with Evernorth Change Management requirements
Integrating releases and transports with approved change records
Ensuring required ALM artifacts are captured
Supporting audit and compliance activities by providing ALM evidence
Configuring and maintaining ALM monitoring capabilities
Providing operational insights and reports
Developing and maintaining ALM documentation
and standard operating procedures
Identifying gaps in lifecycle execution and recommending improvements
Supporting adoption and usage standards for application and technical teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works closely with SAP Basis, Development, Change Management, Security, and Infrastructure teams; Ability to coordinate across development, basis, change, and security teams
