Must Have

1 – 3 years of software development experience, ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured rule configurations, Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business partners, Experience or foundational knowledge in C# and. NET 8+ (API development, Dependency Injection, async/await), Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript (components, services, RxJS fundamentals), Understanding of REST API design and consumption, SQL fundamentals, including query writing and relational database concepts, Familiarity with Git/GitHub, including branching and pull request workflows

Nice to Have

Understanding of healthcare insurance operations, case management, enrollment, billing, or claims processing, Participate in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Support and troubleshoot legacy. NET Framework and Web Forms applications as part of platform stability and continuity, Exposure to IBM DB2 (UDB and mainframe concepts), Experience with PrimeNG and Bootstrap 5, Familiarity with OAuth2 / Okta authentication patterns, Experience working with applications that support multiple database platforms

Configure and maintain business‑unit‑specific workflows

Ensure checklist logic aligns with operational and compliance needs
