To lead in emerging areas that interest you, all you need to do is speak up and take the initiative. ## Your role * Be part of the team responsible for the technical delivery of highway infrastructure projects. * Using highways design, drainage and other software packages to deliver technically robust designs. * Mentoring and coaching team members and taking responsibility for their technical development. * Assisting Project Managers on technical aspects of designs from project initiation through to completion. * Delegating work to team members, programming deliverables and monitoring progress. * Support the business in work winning activities including representing the business at networking events and preparing tenders**.** ## About you * Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. * A resourceful, articulate and clear communicator, with the abi
