Lead and supervise High Voltage Department team in daily operations and maintenance

Ensure timely completion of all OM and PM work orders with zero backlog

Maintain first-class operational standards

Oversee vendor preventative maintenance programs

Coordinate repairs for electrical equipment

Monitor and maintain system reliability for critical electrical distribution systems

Develop maintenance specifications

Lead multi-year electrical switchgear maintenance

Lead building shutdown projects

Lead medium voltage switching

Supervise facilities during electrical events

Serve as main contact for local utility company

Coordinate with client stakeholders through weekly Electrical Systems meetings

Provide updates on maintenance activities

Communicate utility disturbances promptly

Maintain historical documentation

Provide electrical engineering support for campus projects

Develop detailed scopes of work

Develop cost estimates

Review engineering designs

Perform short circuit

and arc fault analysis

Author Field Switching Procedures for critical work
