**Position: High Ticket Appointment Setter** Southern National Roofing is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our sales team as High Ticket Appointment Setters. If you enjoy engaging with people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to kick-start a rewarding career in high ticket sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners face-to-face, educating them about our free roofing inspection services, and qualifying leads for our sales closers. This position offers weekly pay, commission, and bonuses, with great opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. **Company Highlights:** * Over $20 million in annual revenue. * Ranked in top 100 Roofing Contractors nationwide. * BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. * Master Elite Roofer status in the top 2% nationwide. **What You'll Do:** * Engage directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. * Set qualified appointments for free roof inspections. * Provide exceptional customer service and represent Southern National Roofing professionally. * Work actively outdoors and stay motivated to meet targets. **Compensation & Schedule:** * Full-time W-2 position. * Hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. * Weekly pay with earning potential up to $1,350 per week. * Work Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM with no overnight travel. * Team transportation provided. **Requirements** * Comfortable with face-to-face communication and interacting with homeowners. * Positive attitude and motivation to succeed. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work 40 hours per week within scheduled hours. * High school diploma or equivalent. **Benefits** * Average first-year income range: $40,000 - $70,000+ (Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonuses) * Recognition and rewards for high performance * Health + Dental + Vision Benefits * 401K * Ongoing sales
