B. S. or higher in Electrical Engineering, with working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience), 12+ years experience in high-speed cable and connector design and manufacturing, Proven ability to lead product roadmap development and balance technical tradeoffs between signal integrity and mechanical constraints, Deep understanding of mating issues, connector mechanics, and high-speed performance limitations, Experience working cross-functionally with customers, vendors, and internal R&D/engineering teams, Excellent communication and collaborator management skills

Nice to Have
