Deliver specific course content
Provide live instruction
Manage the learning process
Focus on students’ individual needs
Monitor student progress
Work actively with students
Work with associated school
Support each student’s educational experience
Apply working knowledge of K12 curriculum
Provide rich and engaging synchronous learning experiences
Demonstrate belief in all students’ ability to succeed
Augment course content according to prescribed policies
Maintain and apply knowledge of State and Industry
Develop effective instructional tools and strategies
Develop instructional lessons in alignment with schools pacing
Contact students regularly via e-mail
Respond to student/associated school
Participate in academic focused meetings
Attend regularly scheduled virtual staff meetings
Establish and maintain positive rapport with students
Monitor and report on student academic and pacing
Generate formal reports
Alert school administrators of any concerns
and educational activities
Create a monthly newsletter
Lead student/parent orientations
Assess students per policy
