In pursuit of this mission, we are looking to hire a High School Academic Interventionist (Math Certified). We are seeking a highly motivated and certified High School Academic Interventionist with an endorsement in Mathematics to join our secondary education team. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who excels in building relationships, is well-organized, and is committed to providing personalized academic support to students in grades 9—12. The Academic Interventionist will play a key role in helping students meet academic benchmarks through a combination of in-person and online support. ## Qualifications - Education & Certifications Valid Michigan teaching certificate with Math endorsement (6—12 or secondary). Must be EX Certified. Familiarity with online learning platforms, especially Edgenuity, or willingness to be trained. Proven ability to tutor and support students across high school grade levels (9—12). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse student populations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and student data systems. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and take initiative. ## Qualifications - Previous Experience Experience in academic intervention, credit recovery, or online/hybrid learning environments. Background in tracking student attendance, academic metrics, and implementing data-driven interventions. Experience working with high school students in
