In this temporary intern position, you will rotate between support the Desktop & Laptop Enterprise Build center and TechExpress, The Hartford’s walk-up technical support service team. * Assisting the fast-paced day to day management, build and deployment of computers (desktops and laptop’s) across our Hartford campus * Learning and running scripts to install / load approved software packages * Learning and performing approved operating procedures and adhering to processes to complete a high volume of work with quality and consistency * Replacing broken hardware for end users (keyboards, mice, monitor
