We are looking for a High School English Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026. About the school Located in Beijing’s Fengtai District, this K12 school combines a strong domestic foundation with international pathways to support a wide range of student goals. In the upper grades, students can choose internationally recognized options such as Cambridge IGCSE and A Level and AP programs. The school builds on the experience of a top local public school’s former international division and has grown to over 300 students, with class sizes kept under 30. Primary and middle school each currently run two classes, while the high school program is larger with eight classes, creating a well-structured and expanding learning community. Job responsibilities * Teach the subject of English to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * Develop supportive and safe learning environments **Requirements** * Bachelor degree or above in the related subject * Teaching certificate * Experience teaching IELTS and TOEFL **Benefits** Salary and benefits * Monthly salary range of 22,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Monthly housing allowance is 5,000 RMB * Fully paid summer and winter holidays * Public holidays * Airport pick-up if applicable * Health insurance * Work and residence permit sponsorship * Meal on workdays
