The assignment allows a high school student to develop by integrating classroom theory with practical work and to demonstrate their skills for future career opportunities. As a member of the DuPont team, you will have opportunities to do the following: * Work in a dynamic team environment that leverages the resources of our site. * Participate in the co-op program and work-specific training and development. * Adopt and follow DuPont's core values of safety, ethics, respect for people, and environmental stewardship on a personal and business level. * Learn to safely operate a wide range of machine tools, both CNC and manual, creating a diverse range of products, involving difficult operations, aerospace tolerances, and complex shapes. * Work from and read blueprints, read process instructions, and drawings and pay attention to data. * Checking work to various quality control gages. * Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. **Job Qualifications** The following requirements MUST be met for consideration in this student employment program: * Currently enrolled as a full-time student at a local Ohio high school * Located in the Ohio area * Able to work at least 20 hours per week, 8 am -12 pm (1st s
