Ensure high achievement culture

Assist in student safety and well-being
Maintain and monitor safety and order
Be accessible and visible
Work closely with colleagues
Ensure consistency and discipline
Communicate with families positively
Lead an advisory class
Support Dean and Leadership vision
Execute activities to bolster student engagement
Enforce classroom management best-practices
Attend grade team meetings
