Nice to Have
Experience with High Performance Computing scheduling and monitoring tools highly desired., Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux., High Performance Computing (HPC) experience in a Linux environment., Experience in project leadership, management, or project management in a DT domain and basic to advance scripting experience., An active DoD Top-Secret Clearance., Advanced hands-on experience with Windows and Unix security hardening, systems integrations, advanced troubleshooting, and authentication service integration (LDAP)., Unix (Including Linux and Solaris), experience in a medium to high complex environment(s)., Working knowledge of High-Performance Computing scheduling and monitoring tools such as SLURM, Grid Engine and Ganglia.
What You'll Do.
Provide High Performance Computing Administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
Develop and implement new technologies based upon industry best practices.
Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems at a moderate scope and complexity to include the integration of High-Performance Computing hardware
and operating systems (OS).
Utilize software tools
and system-level troubleshooting
to lead and support the engineering community.
Perform OS tuning to maximize system performance on high performance computing systems.
Standardize processes and procedures.
Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security compliance requirements.
Provide documentation and training on advanced DT HPC processes and procedures.
Be a mentor to junior team members.
