Must Have
Bachelor's degree in STEM, 10 years of prior relevant experience, Experience managing project cost, schedule, risk, Experience with Earned Value Management, Experience with Risk & Opportunity, Experience with IMS tools, Experience presenting program and technical issues, Experience in Software Engineering, Experience in Systems Engineering, Experience in System Integration, Active Top Secret security clearance, U. S. citizenship required
Nice to Have
Interpersonal skills working in team, Experience with proposal or capture efforts
