What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in luxury clientelling, Relationship driven High Jewellery or UHNW engagement experience strongly preferred, Ability to manage complex client relationships with discretion, emotional intelligence and commercial acumen, Collaboration skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions, Exceptional organisational skills with a passion for clients, Deep understanding of luxury service standards and the expectation of top tier clients

Ensure clients receive an unparalleled and highly tailored luxury experience

Develop and manage plans for top-tier clients and collectors

Build robust client profiles

Identify growth opportunities within UHNW and HJ client segments

Create tailored plans to elevate client lifetime value and deepen loyalty

Partner with boutiques to identify High Jewellery opportunities

Support Clienteling and Brand Ambassador teams

Provide guidance on client outreach

and bespoke service approaches

Coordinate and deliver exclusive activations

and bespoke High Jewellery experiences

Collaborate with Events

Build and execute long-term engagement plans for key clients

Maintain a visible presence at key client events and boutique moments

Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with boutiques, retail leadership and cross-functional partners; Partner with boutiques; Support Clienteling and Brand Ambassador teams; Collaborate with Events, Marketing, and Retail teams; Build cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive and successful execution

Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and understanding across teams
