Master's degree or equivalent experience, Similar product engineering role experience, Digital circuit design experience, ASIC testing using scan tools experience, Python programming experience, C programming experience, Custom BIST APG programming, Linux operating system experience, Hands-on bench testing experience

Nice to Have

High volume production data extraction experience, High volume production data analysis experience, Hands on bench testing experience, Circuit simulations using spice experience, Verilog experience, Semiconductor fabrication process knowledge

What You'll Do.

Run simulations pre-silicon

Validate test strategies

Validate Design for Test circuits

Provide feedback to DE

Assist in pre-silicon checklist items

Define required tester resources

Ensure silicon performance meets expectations

Support TE in data analysis

Support TE in test development

Support fabrication sites

Support process integration

Identify root causes for failures

Modify testing strategies

Improve product quality

Investigate root causes for yield issues

Provide technical training

Provide on-the-Job training

Assist with data interpretation

Act as product-specific contact

Attend technical seminars

Innovate test strategies

Innovate test features
