Validate test strategies
Validate Design for Test circuits
Provide feedback to DE
Assist in pre-silicon checklist items
Define required tester resources
Ensure silicon performance meets expectations
Support TE in data analysis
Support TE in test development
Support fabrication sites
Support process integration
Identify root causes for failures
Modify testing strategies
Improve product quality
Investigate root causes for yield issues
Provide technical training
Provide on-the-Job training
Assist with data interpretation
Act as product-specific contact
Attend technical seminars
Innovate test strategies
Innovate test features
