We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us at our customer Site Unilever in Leeds, for our General Haulage operation, completing store and RDC deliveries across the region. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards. The role is full time, working on a permanent basis and will be working on a 4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern and we have opportunities working Days and Nights: * Day Shift between 06:00 and 18:00 * Night Shift between 18:00 and 06:00 Pay Rates: We have increased our pay rates , with rates now ranging from £15.15 to £18.96 per hour , depending on shift – giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us. * Mon-Fri Days - £15.15 per hour * Mon-Fri Nights - £16.35 per hour * Saturday and Sunday Nights - £18.65 per hour * Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £18.15 per hour * Bank Holidays - £18.96 per hour. On top of base salary our HGV Drivers will be entitled to £5 per shift tax-free meal allowance Driver Responsibilities: * General Haulage with Curtainside trailers, to Distribution Centres and Stores * Supporting General work, including occasional store deliveries and requirement to load and unload cages * Completing all necessary vehicle checks and documentation * Maintaining high levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism * Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations * Adhere to Driver's hours, WTD, and tachograph legislation. ## Qualifications * You should hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience * No more
