We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us at our Cannock site to support our General Haulage operation, completing store and RDC deliveries across the region. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards. The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis and we have a variety of shift patterns including days (between 08:00 - 10:00 starts) and Nights (between 20:00 - 23:00 starts). Ideal shift patterns are below: * Monday to Friday Days * Thursday to Monday Days * Friday to Monday Days * Monday to Friday Nights * Thursday to Monday Nights We offer flexibility in shift patterns, so if these start dates and times don’t quite suit your availability, let us know what you’re looking for, we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences. Pay Rates: We have increased our pay rates , with rates now ranging from £14.60 to £18.41 per hour , depending on shift – giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us. * Mon-Fri Days - £14.60 per hour * Mon-Fri Night Shift - £15.80 per hour * Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £17.60 per hour * Saturday and Sunday Night Shift - £18.10 per hour * Bank Holidays - £18.41 per hour. On top of base salary our HGV Drivers will be entitled to £5 per shift tax-free meal allowance, and £25 per night out tax-free allowance (if applicable) Driver Responsibilities: * General Haulage with Curtainside trailers, to Distribution Centres and Stores * Supporting General work, including occasional store deliveries and requirement to load and unload cages * Completing all necessary
