What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field, 5+ years of experience using Hexagon Smart Materials in an EPC, owner/operator, or industrial environment, Demonstrated knowledge of materials management processes in capital projects, Hands-on experience with Smart Materials configuration and administration, Hands-on experience with Catalog and specification management, Hands-on experience with MTO and procurement workflows, understanding of engineering deliverables and materials data flows, Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience integrating Smart Materials with SAP or other ERP systems, Familiarity with Hexagon Smart 3D, Smart P&ID, or other Hexagon engineering tools, Experience supporting large, complex EPC projects, Knowledge of construction and fabrication materials tracking, Previous experience in a materials lead or system administrator role

Manage materials workflows
Coordinate with engineering disciplines
Support procurement and construction teams
Develop project-specific procedures
Perform data quality checks
Coordinate system interfaces

Participate in continuous improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering disciplines (Piping, E&I, Structural, Mechanical); Support procurement and construction teams; Provide user support, training, and mentoring for engineers, designers, and material coordinators; Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams; Stakeholder coordination and collaboration
