Eligibility Requirements

Willingness to shower daily in and out of facility, Must be able to work an average 48-hour work week, which can vary frequently, Weekend, evening, and holiday work required as needed, Must be on call for emergency situations, Ability to do hard physical labor, Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, Frequently required to walk; use hands to handle or reach with hands and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear, Must be able to work with and around a wide range of antibiotics, Must be able to tolerate blood, animal dander, manure, dust, odors, and frequently noisy conditions

Perform general animal husbandry tasks

Assist in routine animal care

Assist in general farm tasks

Ensure animal welfare/well-being

Perform farm sanitation

Perform animal removal

Perform animal movement

Operate other farm equipment

Provide care for all animals

Maintain flexibility with willingness to change plans

Assist in moving animals

Maintain efficient animal flows

Sanitize and wash multiple areas on farm

Maintain accurate production information

Update all department records

Treat sick animals with pharmaceuticals

Follow Standard Operation Procedures

Follow Production Manuals

Follow Appropriate Training Guides

Assist with facility maintenance

Assist with equipment maintenance

Assist with maintaining barn cleanliness
