What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or marine-related work in the UAE, Overall 5 years of experience in a similar field, Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety protocols, Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately, Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments, Good organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work area, Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members, Basic English language skills for effective communication, Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines, Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
Nice to Have
Swimming skills, Knowledge of rigger or fitter helper duties
