Citizen, Active T3/Secret Security Clearance, IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, etc.), 1-2 years experience within a Help/Service Desk environment, Experience with remote connection and troubleshooting Windows laptop computers, In-depth knowledge of the most recent version of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, other common desktop applications, ability to quickly learn unique applications, Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques for personal and network printers, customer service skills
