Conduct Annual Reviews
Notify Merit Increase
Determine tier 1 Goals
Conduct Onboarding Check-ins
Complete weekly timecard submissions
Audit timecard submissions
Apply needed corrections
Maintain Monthly Calendars
Provide direct coverage
Perform candidate interviews
Resolve higher level customer issues
Address staff training issues
Monitor Supervisor email
Respond to Supervisor email
Acknowledge overtime requests
Research high level issues
Apply needed updates to Organizational Chart
Apply needed updates to Seating Chart
Apply needed updates to Schedules
Apply needed updates to ARS Groups
Apply needed updates to SupportIT Groups
Apply needed updates to Alert Roster
Ensure system renewals are updated
Confirm system renewals with Team Leads
Address non-syncing issues
Collect CWIP materials
Obtain CWIP compliance
Ensure system error handling
Ensure timely updates
Ensure teams are claiming assets
Wipe screen for Call boards
Delegate tasks to Team Leads
Update Restricted Access Group
Generate Blue Survey Dashboard Reports
Generate Productivity Reports
Distribute Productivity Reports
Review Tier 1 ticket submissions
Address patterns of issues
Perform other special projects
