What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance, Minimum of 2 years of experience providing help desk support for networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows operating environment, Possession of at least one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+ (CE), CompTIA Network+ (CE), SSCP, CCNA Security, CND, Must possess or complete Windows 11 certification or training within 6 months of hire
Nice to Have
Additional or updated Microsoft training must be maintained throughout the period of performance
What You'll Do.
Provide technical support for end-user systems
and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware
and network issues in a Windows environment.
Support system imaging
token and account management
and preventive cybersecurity maintenance.
Maintain functionality and performance for WNY end users and enterprise customers.
Deliver Enterprise Service Desk/User Support services
including incident reporting
and metrics tracking.
Provide user support for the Navy’s Microsoft 365 Flank Speed environment.
Diagnose network issues and perform corrective actions to ensure system availability and performance.
