Provide first-level technical support

Troubleshoot hardware issues

Troubleshoot software issues

Troubleshoot network issues

Assist users with Microsoft Office

Log help desk requests

Track help desk requests

Document help desk requests

Escalate complex issues

Support user account setup

Support password resets

Support basic system access

Provide excellent customer service

Maintain professional demeanor

Assist with IT administrative tasks
