Must Have

1+ years experience, Troubleshooting mindset, Willingness to learn, Comfortable with Windows OS, Basic networking concepts, Comfortable with SaaS platforms, Experience using ticketing tools

Nice to Have

Experience supporting trader voice, Experience supporting communications tools, Familiarity with VoIP/SIP systems, Familiarity with cloud PBX platforms, Exposure to financial services, Exposure to fintech environments

Troubleshoot Cloud9 Trader issues

Troubleshoot user provisioning

Troubleshoot portal administration

Troubleshoot call routing

Troubleshoot connectivity

Troubleshoot Cloud9-to-Cloud9 connections

Troubleshoot neighbour changes

Troubleshoot feature enablement/disablement

Perform user lifecycle tasks

Support basic hardware troubleshooting

Escalate complex issues

Maintain accurate ticket records

Contribute to knowledge sharing

Collaborate with teams
