Experience supporting trader voice, Experience supporting communications tools, Familiarity with VoIP/SIP systems, Familiarity with cloud PBX platforms, Exposure to financial services, Exposure to fintech environments

Troubleshoot neighbour changes
Troubleshoot feature enablement/disablement
Perform user lifecycle tasks
Support basic hardware troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues
Maintain accurate ticket records
Contribute to knowledge sharing
