Must Have
five years of experience in Home Equity or Mortgage Underwriting management, proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook, Produce, read, analyze, and interpret a variety of procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations, Experience with AI applications, Must be able to work extended hours

Experience using MeridianLink Loan Origination System (LOS)
What You'll Do.
Build the department ground up
Perform line level roles
Hire and manage direct reports
Develop training materials
Manage and perform underwriting of loans
Review customer and vendor documentation
Monitor team performance
Coach and mentor team
Assure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assure compliance with internal policies
Provide recommendations for promotion
Provide recommendations for disciplinary action
Provide recommendations for termination
Communicate with direct reports
Coordinate with direct reports
