Five years of experience in HELOC field, Solid understanding of HELOC lending, Solid understanding of mortgage operations management, Proficiency in PC applications, Produce, read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations
Nice to Have
Operations experience with Independent Mortgage Bankers, Experience with AI applications, Experience using MeridianLink Loan Origination System
What You'll Do.
Build the department from ground up
Perform line level roles
Hire and manage direct reports
Develop training materials
Manage and perform loan intake
Gather supporting loan documents
Clear conditions for loan closing
Prepare loan closing documentation
Monitor team performance
Mentor direct reports
Assure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assure compliance with internal policies
Provide recommendations for promotion
Provide recommendations for disciplinary action
Provide recommendations for termination
Communicate with direct reports
Coordinate with direct reports
Review direct reports
Monitor HELOC pipeline
Evaluate HELOC pipeline
Lead daily operations
