What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytic programming. 3+ years of HEDIS or healthcare quality metrics experience required. Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and/or other programming tools such as Alteryx. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical reasoning skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive-level reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Power BI and DAX preferred for data modeling and visualization. Experience working with IT teams and familiarity with healthcare data architecture preferred.

Interpret technical specifications for quality reporting and ensure timely updates across systems and stakeholders.
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver analytics for HEDIS, population health, pharmacy quality, and accreditation needs.
Provide technical guidance on SQL, SAS, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
Partner with IT teams to improve data structures, reporting systems, and analytics infrastructure.
Support ad hoc analytics requests and translate business questions into structured analytical outputs.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving healthcare quality performance.
