Complete documentation in KPA
Conduct soil compaction tests
Schedule HH Coordinators’ shifts
Assign daily responsibilities to HH Coordinators
Ensure HH Coordinators are equipped
Make routine visits to locations
Review HH Coordinator timesheets
Approve HH Coordinator timesheets
Perform post-mobilization inspections
Ensure completion of Post-Mob Checklists in KPA
Serve as on-site safety leader
Ensure Heavy Haul operations comply with policies
Train HH Coordinators
Mentor HH Coordinators
Evaluate HH Coordinators
Train drivers on best practices
Mentor drivers on best practices
Evaluate drivers on best practices
Ensure compliance with customer requirements
