De Beers Group Canada has an opportunity for a highly motivated Heavy Equipment Technician who will report to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor at the Gahcho Kué Mine based in the Northwest Territories. The position is a 14 days in/14 days out rotation. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and major repairs to mobile, auxiliary and stationary mining equipment, while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect the values of De Beers. The ideal candidate is one who is committed to safe working practices and strives for zero harm. This is a contract position with an end date April 2027, with the possibility of extension.
