We are currently seeking qualified Heavy Equipment Operator Working Foreman/Foreperson to join our on-site Construction team, for a 2 to 3 month project, based out of a remote camp location near Fort MacKay, Alberta. This position offers the opportunity to participate in construction on the Imperial Oil (IOL) Kearl Lake Sodium Citrate Injection Process System. The shift is planned to be 21 days on and 7 days off rotation, 10-hour days. While the preference is to hire candidates who resides locally, fly-in, fly-out from Edmonton, Alberta or Calgary, Alberta will be available based on eligibility. Hourly rate: $58.39/hr. Duties & Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate equipment operators and crews * Plan and execute daily work to meet schedule and productivity targets * Enforce HSE requirements and lead safety meetings * Ensure compliance with ground disturbance and permits * Strong knowledge of and experience operating equipment such as excavators, zoom booms, skid steers, and ride-on compactors. * Oversee excavation, grading, and material handling activities * Conduct equipment checks and ensure safe operation * Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings/specifications ## Qualifications * Valid He
