What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating a 250+ excavator, at least 2000 hours on 988/966 Loader, 2000+ hours on D8+ Dozer with Dozer cell experience, Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours, CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation), Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions, Able to train on new equipment when requested, Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits, Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required
