**About EPSA:** We are a global family-owned business with over 60 years in the mining, civil and earth moving industry operating in several countries throughout the world. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. Position: **Heavy Equipment Operator** We are looking for a qualified individual to operate and maintain earthmoving equipment, including loaders and backhoes, for excavation, loading, transportation, and material spreading tasks. The operator will ensure efficient and safe operations at all times. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and lubrication of assigned equipment. * Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all instructions and guidelines provided by the supervisor. * Attend pre-shift meetings before starting work. * Complete the daily checklist and conduct a visual inspection of safety devices before operating the equipment. * Report and document any anomalies detected during equipment maintenance. * Immediately report any incidents that occur during the workday. * Complete and submit the Daily Work Report. * Understand and adhere to the company's Safety Policies, Standards, and Environmental Best Practices. ### **Qualifications** * Valid certification authorizing the operation of earthmoving machinery. ### ### **Other Requirements** * Medically fit for the job. * English proficiency at B2 level; French is a plus. * Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in mining or earthmoving projects. ### ### **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Attractive salary.
