What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience operating, High School diploma or GED, Ability to speak, understand and write in English, Ability to walk over uneven surfaces, Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, Must be able to work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures, Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment, Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment, Capability to work overtime and various shifts, Good work ethic
Nice to Have
Experience operating haul truck, Experience operating water truck, Experience operating telehandler forklift, Experience operating skid steer, Experience operating excavator, Mechanical aptitude/ability a plus, Ability to deal politely and professionally with coworkers and company visitors, Ability to follow directions or instruction, Ability to use a computer to access training portals
What You'll Do.
Operate front-end loader
Transport earthen material
Transport process equipment
Perform physical and manual labor tasks
Manually sort material
Perform pre-trip inspections
Grease fittings as needed
Provide guidance for trucks
Serve as spotter for trucks
Maintain clean process operations
Ensure work area is clean and organized at
Fill in for operations staff as needed
Fill in for maintenance staff as needed
Participate in pre-shift safety meetings
Participate in post-shift safety meetings
Participate in pre-shift operational meetings
Participate in post-shift operational meetings
Adhere to all company safety regulations
Adhere to all governmental safety regulations
Perform other reasonably related tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/management
