Safely unload material
Inspect heat-treated material
Rework heat-treated material
Repackage heat-treated material
Operate lifting devices
Operate Heat Treat equipment
Enter furnace recipes
Monitor furnace cycles
Respond to furnace alarms
Escalate furnace issues
Complete production documentation
Complete lab documentation
Complete repackaging documentation
Complete computer documentation
Read work order instructions
Follow customer specifications
Follow quality requirements
Maintain process needs
Maintain dip tank fluid levels
Maintain thermocouples
Maintain leak detection
Follow company work rules
Follow safety procedures
