Must Have
State-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligibility to become licensed), Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population, keyboard/computer/Audiology diagnostic and hearing aid software and equipment experience
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with hearing aids is preferred
What You'll Do.
Assist patients with hearing aids
including maintenance
Provide patient education on hearing aid use
Support audiologists with follow-up care and patient management
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Stay informed on the latest hearing aid technology
