Industry & Context.
Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects., Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet with our without correction, color vision, depth perception, and field of vision., Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions., Frequently exposed to temperature extremes and dampness., Possible equipment movement hazards, electrical shock, and exposure to cleaning chemicals and solvents., Fast-paced work environment., Successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.

What You'll Do.
Ensuring the work area is always clean and neat
Reviewing the status and appearance of the merchandise for freshness
and friendly customer service
Learning customers’ names and addressing them by name whenever possible
Assisting customers by escorting them to products
loading/unloading heavy items
and passing along suggestions or requests
Answering the telephone promptly and providing friendly
Working with co-workers as a team
Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures
Ensuring an adequate product supply is ready and on hand
Anticipating product needs for the department daily
and reviewing invoices
Replenishing and rotating product
Removing trash promptly
Assisting in educating customers by offering suggestions and answering questions
