**Location:** 2510 Main Street, Glastonbury Connecticut **Job Summary** Proactively engage medical doctors and professionals to deepen their banking relationships by offering tailored financial solutions that support their personal and professional financial goals. **Essential Functions** * Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with medical professionals via phone, email, and digital channels to introduce banking products and services. * Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships by understanding unique financial needs, including practice financing, wealth management, and student loan refinancing. * Consultative Selling: Present customized banking solutions such as checking, savings, credit lines, loans and financial advisors to assist with investment services * Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track interactions using sales management tools. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and financial advisors to deliver holistic financial solutions. * Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends in the healthcare industry and financial needs of medical professionals. * Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies. * Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice * Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key. **Education** * High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience (required) * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Work Experience** * Experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services or healthcare-related sectors (required) * Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or professionals (preferred) **Licenses and Certifications** *
