Must Have
Ability to obtain and maintain client required clearances, Pass company regular background and/or drug screening, Completion of Teleworker Agreement upon hire, Adherence to Teleworker Agreement policies and procedures, Able to navigate computer and phone systems as a user to work remote independently using on-line resources, Must have high-speed internet connectivity, Appropriate workspace able to be compliant with HIPAA, safety & ergonomics, confidentiality, Dedicated work focus without distractions during work hours
What You'll Do.
Perform quality assurance duties
Conduct quality reviews of work assignment tasks
Gather data to analyze trends or patterns
Identify areas of improvement
Implement processes that enhance company standards
Provide recommendations through feedback
Provide direct individual coaching/feedback to team members
Conduct targeted group coaching sessions
Assist with creation of training materials
Assess new hires after training
Comply with all company and mandated rules
Select a quality sample for assigned staff members
Conduct timely QA reviews based on outlined criteria
Enter QA results into tool
Run QA reports summarizing results
Follow Quality standard operating procedures
